It puts forward under the background of the local schools enhancing skilled talent straining that with the connection of PE technical schools with local universities and colleges,innovation is conducted based on the previous competitive sports 3＋2 talents training model,building a set of 7-year model,which links up competitive sports with local schools organically. This model builds up sports school students for second time,which enables them up to PE skilled talents standard, satisfying the social demands for them solving the talents exports issue efficiently, boosting utilization rate, thus compensating with competitive PE which relies on local universities and colleges.
