摘要
分析研究与九宫山风景区接壤的太平山林场未被人为扰动区域(NRD)、九宫山旅游区较少人为扰动区域(SRD)和九宫山旅游区人为扰动较大区域(RD)的不同深度(0-10 cm,10-30 cm,30-60 cm)土层土壤养分及理化性质、微生物群落结构和酶活性以及它们之间的相关性。结果显示:不同深度土层之间的土壤理化性质、微生物群落结构及酶活性有显著差异(P〈0.05),在0-30 cm土层旅游干扰对土壤养分及理化性质、微生物群落结构和酶活性有极显著影响(P〈0.01),这说明旅游干扰对九宫山风景区生态生理环境产生了一定程度的影响。
It was studied that a correlation analysis on the soil nutrition, physical and chemical properties, microbial community structure and its enzyme activity in different depths of soil layers ( 0-10 cm, 10-30 cm, 30-60 cm) in the three areas in Victoria Peak Forest adjacent to the Jiugong Mountain National Scenery Protection Zone, no disturbance (NRD), small disturbance (SRD) and disturbance (RD). The results showed that there were significant differences between different depths of the soil layers (P〈0.05) and a very significant effect in the 0-30 cm soil layer. It indicated that tourism disturbance will cause impact on the ecological physical environment of the Jiugong Mountain National Scenery Protection Zone.
