摘要
自人类社会进入21世纪,世界科技发展日新月异,而人力资源管理的成功,已成为企业可持续发展的动力,企业效益增长已逐渐由物质竞争转移为人力资源的竞争。因此,人力资源的有效管理、使用,成为企业人力资源成本管理、生产力发展的重要条件。本文在分析传统的人力资源管理方法的基础上,使用三维模糊模式,构建出全新的三维模糊模式的人力资源管理模型。
Since the human society entered the twenty-first Century, the world science and technology development change rapidly, and the successful management of human resources, has become the driving force of sustainable development of enterprise, enterprise profit growth has gradually by the material transfer into human resource competition. Therefore, the use of effective management, human resources, has become an important condition for the development of human resources cost management, productivity of enterprise. Based on the analysis of the traditional methods of human resource management, the use of three-dimensional fuzzy pattern, construct the model of human resource management mode of new three-dimensional fuzzy.
