电冶熔铸WC钢结硬质合金断裂韧度研究

摘要 对电冶熔铸钢结硬质合金DGJW30采用不同工艺进行了热处理。借助扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了电冶熔铸钢结硬质合金DGJW30的断裂韧度和断口形貌,讨论了WC钢结合金硬质相粒子的断裂机制。结果表明,钢结合金的断口包括硬质相和钢基体两部分。随着回火温度的提高,断裂韧度逐渐增加,但硬质相内部裂纹扩展降低了断裂韧度。 The electromelted and cast DGJW30 steel-bonded carbide was heat treated by different processes.Its fracture toughness and fracture pattern were investigated by SEM and EDS.The fracture mechanism of hard phase particles of WC steel-bonded carbide was discussed.The results show that the fracture of steel-bonded carbide consists of hard phase and steel matrix,and that fracture toughness increases with the elevation of tempering temperature,whereas the fracture toughness decreases due to the propagation of cracks within the hard phase.
