摘要
通过优化设计27Mn Ti BM耐磨钢板化学成分,采取控制连铸过热度、优化连铸二冷水与轧制工艺等有效措施,实现了27Mn Ti BM耐磨钢板的窄淬透性控制。淬透性带宽控制在5HRC以内。
By optimizing the chemical composition design of wear resistant steel plate 27 Mn Ti BM,taking effective measures to control the casting superheat and optimize the secondary cooling water and rolling processes,the narrow hardenability control of wear resistant steel plate 27 Mn Ti BM was realized. And the bandwidth of its hardenability was controlled within 5HRC.
