摘要
针对莱钢4300 mm宽厚板线投产初期开发生产的厚度60 mm的DH36高强船板探伤不合的问题,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等对钢板内部组织进行观察、分析,结果表明,60 mm厚DH36钢板探伤不合的主要原因为内部存在大量微裂纹,这些微裂纹是由Nb元素的偏聚以及较大的含Nb、Ti颗粒造成的。
Aiming at the non-conformance in ultrasonic flaw detection for DH36 high-strength shipbuilding plates with thickness of 60 mm produced at the early stage of production in 4 300 mm heavy plate production line of Laigang,by using metallographic microscope,SEM and EDX,the observation and analysis of the internal microstructure of steel plates were carried out,and the results showed that,the main reason for the non-conformance in ultrasonic flaw detection for DH36 shipbuilding plates with thickness of60 mm was there were a large number of micro cracks inside of plates,and these micro cracks were caused by the segregation of Nb element and the larger particles containing Nb or Ti elements.
