摘要
通过对4300 mm宽厚板双边剪主电动机转矩输出能力、机械机构合理使用、传动变频装置性能要求、自动化逻辑控制四个方面分析改进从而实现双边剪单机自由切换。达到降低设备故障率、电气设备降容使用、提高设备稳定性的目的。
Through analysis and improvement in the four aspects of torque output capacity,rational using of mechanical mechanism,performance requirements for frequency conversion device and automatic logic control of main motor of double-sided shear in 4300 mm heavy plate production line,the single free switching of double-sided shear was realized. The purposes to reduce the equipment failure rate,use by derating capacity of electrical equipment and enhance the stability of equipment were reached.
