摘要
高炉冶炼过程中,降硅是一项重大节能措施,低硅生铁冶炼是生铁冶炼技术的发展方向之一。本文分析了硅的还原机理,提出了高炉冶炼低硅生铁的技术措施,分别从原燃料因素、操作因素等方面进行了详细的介绍和分析。
In blast furnace smelting process,silicon reduction is a significant energy conservation measure。Low silicon iron smelting is the development trend of iron smelting technology for the blast furnace. This paper analyzes the reduction mechanism of silicon,proposes technology measures for low silicon pig iron blast furnace smelting. Analysis was carried out in detail on the materials and fuel factors,operating factors and other aspects.
