摘要
西藏地区含有大量优质碳酸型盐湖锂资源,盐湖提锂技术基本突破,但由锂精矿制备电池级碳酸锂的工艺技术有待突破。本文对西藏盐湖锂精矿制备电池级碳酸锂的几种工艺进行了探讨,分析了碳化-热解法、碳化-离子交换法、岢化-碳化法、岢化-配位除杂法四种工艺的优缺点。综合比较工艺稳定性、加工成本等优势,作者认为碳化离子交换除杂工艺是相对较为稳定可靠的工艺。
Tibet area Saline Lakes contains extremely large high-quality carbonate type lithium resources,extraction technology of lithium from Saline Lake has basically been breakthrough,but the technology of preparing battery grade lithium carbonate by lithium concentrate needs breakthrough. In this paper,the several kinds preparation technologies of battery grade lithium carbonate by lithium concentrate in Tibet saline lakes were discussed,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds technologies: the carbonization-pyrolysis method,carbonization-ion exchange method,causticizationcarbonization method and causticization-coordinated removing impurity method. The authors synthetically compared the advantages of process stability and processing cost,thinks that the carbonization-ion exchange removal impurity process is relatively stable and reliable process.
