摘要
FZ15翻车机主要供给酒钢电解铝电厂生产所需的各种动力煤。随着经营形势恶化的逐渐加剧,电煤资源日趋紧张,减低发电成本必将成为各个火力发电厂主要的经营手段,所以酒钢日趋加大广汇动力煤使用量,但由于广汇动力煤高挥发性的褐煤特性,翻车机翻卸时,粉尘急剧超标,给生产、设备、人员造成严重的安全威胁,同时也给环境造成无法忍受的破坏。本文简要论述了其治理的技术方案。
The FZ15 car dumper mainly supply all kinds of thermal coal needed,aiming at aluminum plant in JISCO. With the gradually deterioration of marketing operation,and the increased demand of Guanghui thermal coal in JISCO,reducing the cost of electricity will become the main means of operating for several power plants. While the Guanghui thermal coal dumper dumps,its high volatile ignite coal could produce the dust excessively,causing a serious security threat to production,equipment,personnel and induces intolerable damages. This article is written to discuss the technical solution of its governance briefly.
