Synthesis and Characterization of Novel 1,3,4-thiadiazolyl Oxime Esters

芳香醛与羟胺反应合成了苯甲醛肟(2),苯甲醛肟(2)与氯乙酰氯反应得到关键中间体氯乙酰苯甲醛肟(3),中间体3与中间体2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑反应得到6个未见文献报道的目标化合物肟酯.经元素分析、IR和1H NMR进行了结构确认.

Different aromatic aldehydes were reacted with hydroxylamine to yield the Benzaldehyde oxime （2） and then the Benzaldelyde oxime （ 2） were reacted with chloroacetyl chloride to yield the chloro-acetyl Benzaldehyde oxime （ 3） .The title compounds were obtained by the reaction of 2-Amino-5-mer-capto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with compandx （ 3） .All the compounds were characterized by their physical constants, elementary analysis,IR and 1 HNMR.
