增益开关激光器抖动抑制问题研究

摘要 从激光外注入式单模速率方程出发,深入分析探讨了影响DFB激光器输出脉宽的因素,通过对不同调制电流、调制频率注入时与输出脉宽,脉冲抖动的关系的分析,并结合实验过程所获得的数据进行模拟,从中获得出了低抖动输出时的最优条件. Based on outside injection laser single-mode rate equation,this paper analyzed the factors that influence the DFB laser output pulse width.By analyzing different modulation current,modulation frequen-cy with output injection pulse width, pulse jitter relationship,and simulating the data gained by the exper-imental process,we obtain the optimal conditions for the low jitter output.
