基于差分进化的图像自适应增强方法

摘要 图像增强是图像处理中重要的步骤之一,基于非完全Beta函数变换的图像增强办法能够获得较为理想的增强效果.然而合理的Beta函数参数选取一直没有得到很好的解决,常需要人工干预或者计算非常耗时.差分进化算法是一种新型的进化计算方法,具有自适应、自组织等智能特性和强大的寻找优化解的能力.这里将差分进化算法用于Beta函数参数的自适应选取,实现了基于差分进化算法的非完全Beta函数图像增强方法,实际图像增强实验结果表明了该方法的有效性和可行性. Image enhancement is one of the most important steps in image processing and the enhance-ment method based on incomplete Beta function transformation has ideal enhancement effect.However, it is difficult to obtain good parameters of incomplete Beta function based method and still remains an issue not fully solved;that is, it often needs human intervention or is very time-consuming.The differential e-volution algorithm is a newly proposed evolutionary algorithm,which is adaptive,self-organizing intelli-gent;moreover, it has a strong search ability of the optimal solution.Thus, in the paper, differential evo-lution algorithm is employed to seek the optimal parameters for Beta function image enhancement method and a novel Beta function image enhancement method based on differential evolution algorithm is put for-ward.Finally, the actual image enhancement experimental results testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
