以肉桂油为溶剂的溴氰菊酯水乳剂研究

Research on Deltamethrin EW with Cinnamon Oil as Solvent

研制以肉桂油为溶剂的5%溴氰菊酯水乳剂配方,探究其最优加工工艺。以水乳剂稳定性为考察指标,筛选出5%溴氰菊酯水乳剂最优配方为5%溴氰菊酯、20%肉桂油、4%乳化剂33#、2%乳化剂601P、3%丙二醇、0.1%有机硅消泡剂,水补足至100%。以微量点滴法对5%溴氰菊酯水乳剂进行室内毒力测定,其对甜菜夜蛾4龄幼虫的LC50为3.982 mg/L。

The optimal formula of deltamethrin 5% EW was researched with cinnamon oil as solvent and the best processing technology was confirmed. The optimal formula of deltamethrin 5% EW was as follows： deltamethrin 5%, cinnamon oil 20%, emulsifier 33# 4%, emulsifier 601 P 2%, propanediol 3%, organosilicon antifoaming agent 0.1%, and water making up to 100%. Toxicity test was determined by micro spot method, the LC50 value of deltamethrin 5% EW was 3.982 mg/L on beet armyworm larvae.
