新型油脂干式冷冻真空脱臭技术及装备研究

摘要 本文依托高效换热板技术,研究板程结冰、化冰以及制冷循环中冷热工质结冰化冰两用,避免了现行干式冷冻工艺中的破冰二次能源消耗,同时在同一个干式冷冻器内将多组高效换热板片进行结冰化冰功能动态组合,通过PLC控制实现一个干冷器内可进行结冰及破冰动作,有效的降低了设备投资及占地空间。 Died on plate side freeze-deicing and cold and hot refrigerant were used to freeze and deicing in refrigerating system rely on highly effective plate evaporator technology.It can avoid second energy consumption in deicing in the present freeze condensing vacuum system.More highly effective plates can be combined and give them function of freeze or deicing,so it can control them freeze or deicing by PLC in freeze condenser,and user can reduce the cost of installation cost and covers an area greatly.
