探讨了HACCP质量管理体系在出口调味梅生产加工中的应用,对加工过程中潜在危害进行分析,确定关键控制点、监控措施和纠偏措施,从而提高出口调味梅产品品质,确保产品质量安全。
The application of HACCP quality management system in exported seasoning plum production processing was discussed,the potential hazard to the processing process was analyzed and the critical control points,control measures and corrective measures were determined,so as to improve the export seasoning plum product quality and ensure product quality and safety.
