饲料亮氨酸水平对青虾主要非特异性免疫指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在原配方饲料基础上,用L-晶体亮氨酸调节5种饲料亮氨酸水平(1.91%~2.74%),喂养青虾8周后,不同水平的亮氨酸对血清中天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)的活力无显著影响(P〉0.05),但对血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和酚氧化酶(PO)的活力有显著影响(P〈0.05),没有额外添加亮氨酸的饲料组各种酶活力显著低于其余各组,表明了饲料中亮氨酸水平对青虾非特异性免疫有显著影响(P〈0.05)。
