世界经济发展新形势,要求工业工程持续不断创新以及培养具有开拓创新能力的复合型、应用型人才。系统地探讨中国工业工程发展现状、人才培养方向及服务社会的职能,在此基础上,结合工业工程毕业生就业后相关数据的分析,明确工业工程教育存在的主要问题,并结合世界经济发展趋势提出了工业工程创新人才培养的策略与措施,为未来中国工业工程教育提供有价值的指导。

Under the new situation of world economic development, continuous innovation of industrial engineering and the compound, applied talents with the ability of innovation are required. Chinese industrial engineering development, the orientation of talent cultivation and social service function were presented systematically, on the basis of this, combined with the relevant data of industrial engineering graduates, the main problems existing in the industrial engineer- ing education was analyzed, combined with the development trend of the world economy, strategy and measures of indus- trial engineering innovative talent training were presented, valuable guidance of industrial engineering education is provid- ed.
