绵阳农村3—7岁留守儿童膳食结构研究

Investigation on Dietary Patteren of Rural Left-behind Children of 3-7 Year Old in Mianyang

对绵阳农村3—7岁留守儿童膳食营养状况进行关注,了解他们的膳食营养结构是否合理,发现其中存在的问题,为改善农村留守儿童的膳食营养,促进其生长发育提供科学依据。随机抽取42名四川绵阳农村3—7岁留守儿童为研究对象,采用食物频率问询法,对绵阳农村3—7岁留守儿童进行调查研究,记录留守儿童在过去一年内常见食物的消费频率及消费量,并与中国居民平衡膳食宝塔推荐量相比较,评价农村留守儿童的膳食结构。绵阳农村3—7岁留守儿童粮谷类、畜禽肉类、蛋类、蔬菜类食物摄入量较为充足;鱼虾类、奶类、豆类及其制品、水果类摄入量与建议摄入量的差距较大;饮用饮料行为较为严重。绵阳农村3—7岁留守儿童膳食结构不够合理,存在不良饮食行为,膳食营养状况有待改善。

Objective： To understand the dietary nutrients among rural stranded children. Methods： 42 rural left - behind children aged 3 -7 in Mianyang were selected, their dietary survey was performed through questionnaire on food intake, and the frequency and amount of the food consumption in the past year was recorded. Data on diet were analyzed and evaluated by the Chinese dietary guide and Chinese DRIs. Results： The intakes of the grains , poultry meat, eggs and vegetables are more abundant; the intakes of fish and shrimp, milk, beans and its products, fruits were significantly less than the Chinese DRIs; Drinking behavior is more serious. Conclusion： The dietary pattern among rural left - behind children was unsatisfactory, and the dietary behavior was not healthy. It is necessary to improve the dietary nutrients ata- tus among rural stranded children aged 3 -7 years in Mianyang.
