侦查阶段律师会见存在的问题及规制——以驻看守所检察为视角

会见中律师不规范的行为,看守所硬件设置的不足以及办案部门追求破案的冲动,影响了正常的律师会见。文章从驻看守所检察视角出发,提出利用空闲讯问室、依法约束侦查机关、监督律师依法会见,以规制侦查阶段律师会见。
