摘要
围绕斜沟煤矿18201综采工作面127 V用电设备的情况,针对其种类数量多,容量大,占用的设备列车多,管理人员工作量大等情况,指出要开发一种集成化、智能化的矿用隔爆型多回路组合照明装置。文中主要分析了矿用隔爆型多回路组合照明装置的电气工作原理、防爆结构,保护部分软硬件设计方法、优势,着重介绍了A/D转换电路、主程序流程等内容。
This paper introduces 127 V electrical equipment on 18201 fully mechanized working face in Xiegou Coal Mine, according to the number of species, large capacity, occupied by the equipment train, management staff workload and so on, points out the flameproof multi loop combination lighting device for mine to develop an integrated and intelligent. The author analyzes the electrical principle, mine flameproof multi loop combination lighting device of explosion-proof structure, the advan- tage of the of the hardware and software protection part design methods, and emphatically introduces the A/D conversion circuit, the main program flow and other content.
