体外冲击波治疗股骨颈应力性骨折2例(英文)

Case report:the effectiveness of extracorporeal shock wave therapy in 2 cases of stress fractures of femoral neck

[目的]分析股骨颈应力性骨折发生的作用机制,探讨其诊断、治疗、预防措施。[方法]回顾性探讨2例股骨颈应力性骨折采用体外冲击波治疗的临床疗效,并进行相关文献学习。[结果]2例骨折均愈合,股骨颈髓腔膨胀消失。[结论]本病重在早期诊断,体外冲击波治疗可为临床治疗股骨颈应力性骨折提供新的思路。

[Objective]To analyze the mechanism of stress fractures of femoral neck（ SFFNs）,and evaluate the diagnosis,management,and prevention in patients undergoing SFFNs. [Method]We retrospectively investigated 2 cases of SFFNs treated with extracorporeal shock wave. [Result]Bone fracture healed in both 2 cases after extracorporeal shock wave therapy. Swelling of the medullary cavity of the femoral neck was almost disappeared. [Conclusion]Early diagnosis is all key in preventing SFFNs and extracorporeal shock wave therapy（ ESWT） may provide a new idea for SFFNs management.
