摘要
叶轮加工在数控加工领域难度较大,需要采用五轴联动数控加工机床才能实现,对应的加工程序需要借助CAD/CAM软件来生成。CAXA制造工程师是比较优秀的国产CAD/CAM软件,其能实现五轴联动加工的自动编程,在叶轮加工方面的参数设置较为简单,但也有其不足之处。
The impeller machining is a relatively difficult content in CNC machining,which need to adopt to five axis NC machining machine tool,machining program corresponding to generation using CAD/CAM software.CAXA manufacturing engineer software CAD/CAM is a excellent home made CAD/CAM software,which can realize the automatic programming of five axis machining,the impeller processing parameter setting is simple,but there are also shortcomings.
