摘要
针对精密螺纹磨削过程中经常出现的螺距、牙型、中径精度等误差及牙侧表面粗糙度、烧伤和波纹缺陷,较为全面地分析了产生的原因,并根据多年的实践经验提出了相应的解决方法。
The reasons were analyzed from precision thread grinding that often appear in the pitch tooth type size precision error and tooth side surface roughness burn corrugated defects,and the corresponding solving method has been raised according to the practical experience of past years.
