摘要
介绍了虚拟样机技术的应用及优点,研究分析了D09-3X型捣固车的捣固装置及工作原理,在不制造物理样机条件下,借助CATIA软件完成了捣固装置的实体建模和虚拟装配,建立了D09-3X型捣固车捣固装置的虚拟样机。根据实际工作状态对该样机设置运动法则,进行运动学仿真,并根据仿真结果验证分析了捣固装置的运动特性,为后续改进设计提供了依据,提高了设计的效率。
The paper introduced the application and advantage of digital mock technology and analyzed D09-3Xtamper.Not only completed the entity modeling and assembling in the CATIA software system,but also established a digital prototype of tamping unit of tamper without a virtual prototype.According to the actual working status of the prototype set a rule of movement for dynamics simulation.It can provide the basis for subsequent and improve efficiency of design,by verified and analyzed the characteristics of tamping unit according to the results.
