摘要
针对传统封口方法的缺点,提出了激光封口玻璃电解液瓶的方法,通过设计由二氧化碳激光打标机、精密可调控制台、电动旋转夹具和电解液瓶夹具组成的激光封口工艺系统,实现了合理的工艺流程∶玻璃电解液瓶熔口、整形→退火工艺流程连续一体化。
Focused on the defects of tradi tional soacxg way,the paper presented the method of laser sealing glass electrolyte bottle by the use of a process system consisting of carbon dioxide laser,adjustable precision word table,electric rotary fixture,and adopting reasonable technology to realize continuous integration of the process flow from glass electrolyte bottle sealing,shaping and annealing.
