望京SOHO-T3工程高200m,其平面逐层内缩,核心筒也从2个收减成1个,垂直运输工具的选型与安装十分关键。针对不同施工阶段,对塔式起重机的选型、安装位置和转换,在起重机的基础做法、安装方式和爬升顶升等环节精心安排和组织,提供了足够的吊次,保证了工程顺利施工。
The 200 m-high Wangjing SOHO-T3 building adopts terraced structure, whose number of core tube is reduced from 2 to 1, so type selection and installation of vertical transportation equipment is very important. On the aspects of type selection, installation position and transition of tower crane at different construction phases, foundation preparation, installation method, climbing and lifting of tower crane are carefully arranged and organized to provide adequate lifting times and to guarantee smooth construction.
