摘要
以柳林滩黄河大桥主桥为工程背景,研究重载高速公路长联大跨度连续刚构桥的施工控制。结合该桥结构特点,采用自适应法施工控制系统;测量误差和物理参数识别误差采用Kalman滤波法;桥轴线控制采用大地绝对坐标法;竖向挠度变形控制采用绝对高程法;应力监测采用具有智能化温度补偿功能的混凝土应变计,并全过程跟踪监测最不利部位的混凝土应力。通过对合龙口误差、成桥线形和最不利混凝土应力结果分析,表明全桥线形控制良好,应力监测准确,施工过程结构安全。
In this paper, construction control was researched taken the Liulintan Yellow River Bridge for engineering background, which is a continuous rigid-frame bridge with multi-span and long span for heavy-load highway. Adaptive control system was used combined with structural characteristics of the bridge. Kalman filtering method was used for measurement error and identification error of physical parameter. The method of earth absolute coordinate system was used to control bridge's axis. The method of absolute elevation was used to control deformation of vertical deflection. The whole process concrete stress monitoring in the most unfavorable section of girder was implemented by using concrete strain meter with intelligent temperature compensation function. Through analysis of final closure error, final bridge alignment and most unfavorable stress, that is indicating full-bridge alignment control is good, stress monitoring is correct and structure is safe in whole construction.
