暂时性自膨胀金属支架置入治疗1例重度成人气管软化症的护理体会

摘要 重度成人气管软化症临床风险极高,处置困难,尤其合并呼吸道感染时,死亡率极高[1]。目前临床处置尚无统一标准。近年来一些创伤性的处置手段,如气管支架置入术[2]、气管切开造口术[3]、气管外固定术[4]均取得了一定的疗效,但这些处置手段主要适用于局部病变者,且应根据患者的个体状况决定。内科保守治疗中持续正压通气(CPAP)有一定的疗效[5],而糖皮质激素使用尚有一定的争议。使用暂时性自膨胀金属支架置入治疗重度成人气管软化症目前国内报道少见,其护理经验尚未见报道。我科于2013年1月以暂时性自膨胀金属支架置入联合CPAP无创呼吸机成功救治1例重度成人气管软化症患者,既达到持续扩张的目的,又减少并发症,取得显著疗效,现将护理体会报告如下。
