625例乳腺肿物微创旋切手术临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Operation in the Treatment of 625 Cases of Breast Tumor

目的：探讨超声引导下乳腺肿物微创旋切手术的临床应用价值及经验。方法回顾性分析625例行超声引导下行乳腺肿物微创旋切术的乳腺肿物患者的临床资料。结果625例共1023个乳腺病灶切除，术后6个病灶是乳腺癌，其余均为良性病变。术后切口瘢痕不明显，乳房外观及皮肤感觉正常，术后出现皮下淤血19例，血肿8例，乳头溢血3例，术中立即行开放手术止血4例。术后随访3~18个月，有6例复发。结论乳腺肿物行微创旋切术，微创、安全、美观、出血少，复发率低。是值得临床推广的手术方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value and experience of ultrasound guided minimal-ly invasive operation in the treatment of breast tumor. Methods The data of 625 cases of breast tumor treated with ultrasound guided minimally invasive operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 625 cases with 1 023 breast lesions resection,6 breast lesions were breast cancer,the rest were benign lesions. After surgery,no obvious scar was observed,breast appearance and sensation of the skin were normal,subcutaneous ecchymosis occurred in the 19 cases,hematoma in the 8 cases,nipple blood discharge in the 3 cases,4 cases were treated by intraoperative open operation hemostasis. All the patients were followed up for 3-18 months after operation,there were 6 cases of recurrence. Conclusion For breast tumor,minimally invasive surgery is minimally invasive,safe,beautiful,less bleeding,and the recurrence rate is low,and is worthy of clinical application.
