益气养阴法防治气阴两虚证放射性口腔炎

Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Therapy in the Treatment of Acute Radioactivity Stomatitis with Deficiency of both Qi and Yin Syndrome

目的观察益气养阴法防治放射性口腔炎的疗效。方法选取我院接受根治性放疗的鼻咽癌患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。放疗过程中,治疗组每天含服中药加味养阴清肺汤,对照组从放疗剂量达20 Gy后每天含漱西药漱口水。观察2组放射性口腔炎发生率。结果放疗剂量为40和70 Gy时,治疗组患者Ⅲ、Ⅳ度口腔炎的发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。对照组患者放疗剂量为70 Gy时Ⅲ、Ⅳ度口腔炎的发生率高于放疗剂量为40 Gy时(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴法对于气阴两虚证放射性口腔炎患者有助于口腔炎的防治。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin therapy in the treatment of acute radioactivity stomatitis. Methods Sixty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated by radiotherapy were divided into two groups randomly and averagely：during the radiotherapy,patients of the treatment group received the Modified Decoction for Letting out Toxic Material,and patients of the control group received the mouth wash within western medicine when the dosage of radiotherapy was 20 Gy. The incidence rate of acute radio-activity stomatitis in the two groups were observed. Results When the radiotherapy dosage was 40 or 70 Gy,the in-cidence rate of Ⅲ andⅣdegree acute radioactivity stomatitis in the treatment group was lower than that in the con-trol group（P〈0. 05）. In the control group,the incidence rate of Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree acute radioactivity stomatitis at the radiotherapy dosage of 70 Gy was higher than that at the radiotherapy dosage of 40 Gy（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin therapy can reduce acute radioactivity stomatitis.
