摘要
本文介绍了"匀速冷却介质"的冷却特性。通过浓度控制可以得到介于空气和淬火油之间的冷却能力。同传统风冷、雾冷等方式相比,具有冷却均匀性更好的特点,在齿轮毛坯的锻后控冷和等温正火冷却中具有广阔的应用前景。"匀速冷却介质"的有效应用,能够切断组织遗传,改善齿轮各向异性、淬火变形等常见热处理问题,同时也有益于推动干切技术的发展。
In this article, the cooling characteristic of uniform cooling medium is described, the cooling capacity can be between air and quenching oil through controlling concentration. Compared with the traditional air-cooled, fog cooling, etc. , it has characteristics of better cooling uniformity and broad application prospects in the controlled cooling of gear blank after forging and isothermal normalizing cooling. The effective application of the uniform cooling medium can cut off structure hereditary and improve gear anisotropy, quenching distortion and other common problems. And it will be beneficial to promote development of dry cutting technology too.
