摘要 文中利用自制三电极及配重装置测量不同压力下两种混纺针织物的体积电阻、表面电阻与极板压力之间的关系。通过实验发现:电极压力对织物电阻测量很重要;轻微接触时,极板与织物之间存在较大的接触电阻,随着压力的增加针织物的表面电阻与体积电阻逐渐减小;对于表面电阻,坚挺致密的针织物要比松软稀疏的针织物的减幅小,而对于体积电阻,坚挺致密的针织物要比松软稀疏的针织物的减幅速度快,同时随着电极接触压力的进一步增大,电阻的减幅都减缓;织物电阻的变化与织物的压缩特征密切相关。 In the paper, the relation between two kinds of blended knitted fabrics’ volume resistance, surface resistance and electrode pressure was investigated. The experiment results showed that:electrode pressure has great inlfuence on the measurement of electric resistance of the fabrics. when slightly contact, there is a larger contact resistance between the electrode and the fabrics, and with the increase of electrode pressure, the knitted fabric’s surface and volume resistance reduces; according to surface resistance, resistance variation of stiff and compact knitted fabric is smaller than that of fluffy and loose knitted fabric, while according to volume resistance, resistance variation of the stiff compact knitted fabric is slightly faster than that of the lfuffy and loose knitted fabric. At the same time with electrode pressure increases further, the reducing amplitude of volume and surface resistance slow down. Variation of the fabric resistance has close relationship with fabric compressing performance.
