音乐疗法对改善重度烧伤患者焦虑情绪的效果观察

Influence of music therapy on relieving the anxiety and depression of severely-burned patients

目的:探讨音乐疗法在改善重度烧伤患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪中的临床护理效果。方法:随机将42例重度烧伤患者分为对照组和观察组,两组各21例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予常规护理的同时采用音乐疗法。观察两组患者在接受治疗前后的焦虑及抑郁情绪,并做好记录和评价。采用焦虑自测量表(SAS)和抑郁自测量表(SDS)对两组患者治疗前后焦虑和抑郁水平进行比较。结果:考察组和对照组在接受治疗后,SAS及SDS评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组在接受音乐疗法后,SAS和SDS分数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法可减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理质量,对烧伤患者的康复有一定的帮助。

Objective To discuss the influence of music therapy on relieving the anxiety and depression of severely- burned patients. Methods 42 severely - burned patients were divided into the Observed Group and the Control Group randomly. Normal therapy was given to two groups while the Observed Group were given music therapy specially. Performance of two groups were all marked and evaluated. Then the before - after performance of two groups were compared under the SAS and the SDS. Results The SAS scores and SDS scores of both groups all declined significantly after their treatments, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the SAS and SDS scores of the Observed Group（with music therapy）were both lower than those of the Control Group（ without music therapy）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Music therapy can play an effective role in relieving the anxiety and depression and el- evating the performance of nursing, which to a certain extent will do good to the recovery of patients.
