摘要
农业科研单位的人事管理工作是农业科研发展的重要保障。改革开放后,市场经济体制逐步建立,人事管理工作遇到了前所未有的挑战。文章分析了农业科研单位人事管理的现状,提出围绕科研中心,做好思想政治工作;建立和完善人事管理机制,尽快制定合理的人才开发目标;积极推行"终身教育"制度;建立符合科研人员特点的考核、晋升制度;保障职工利益,重视激励机制等对策。
Personnel management of agricultural research units is an important security for the agricultural scientific research, which meets unprecedented challenges with the progressive establishment of market economic system after the reform and opening up. Current status of personnel management was analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were put forward from such aspects as doing political works centered on scientific research, setting up and perfecting personnel management mechanism, setting proper objective of personnel development as soon as possible, positively carrying out lifelong training system, adopting evaluation and promotion system according to characteristics of scientists, safeguarding benefits of work staff and paying attention to motivation mechanism.
