高职院校举办技能竞赛若干问题的思考

Thinking on Several Issues of Higher Vocational College Skills Contest

高职院校每年举办技能竞赛要投入一定的人力、物力、财力和时间、空间等多种资源,是一项复杂的学校管理工作。怎样才能组织好这项活动,有许多问题值得探究,其中包括高职院校内部技能竞赛管理机制的构建、技能竞赛项目的设置、技能竞赛的举办方式以及技能竞赛经费的管理等,解决好这些问题,对于调动各方面的积极因素,发挥技能竞赛对推进高职教育教学改革的助推器作用具有十分重要的意义。

It takes higher vocational college certain manpower, material and financial resources, time and space to hold skills contest annually, which is complicated for school management. This paper discusses problems worth studying about how to or- ganize the contest well, like the construction of internal skills contest management mechanism, the setting of competition pro- ject, the ways of organization, the funds management, etc. Solving these problems will play a significant role in promoting the positive factors from all aspects, and the teaching reform of higher vocational education.
