大学生完美主义与抑郁的关系:沉思的中介作用

The Relationship between Perfectionism and Depression among College Students:The Mediating Role of Rumination

探讨大学生非适应性完美主义、适应性完美主义、沉思与抑郁的关系。采用FMPS中文版、RRS中文版、CES-D量表对800名大学生进行测量。结果表明,非适应性完美主义者倾向于用沉思的反应风格来应对负性情绪,从而产生抑郁;适应性完美主义对抑郁的负性预测作用不是以沉思为中介变量。

Objective： To explore the relationships among adaptive perfectionism （ AP）, maladaptive perfectionism （ MP）, rumination（RU） and depression（DE） in a sample of college students. Methods： 800 college students were investigated by FMPS, RRS, CES-D.. Results： （1） Significantly positive correlations were found between MP, rumination and depression; significantly positive correlations were found between AP and rumination, while negative correlations between AP and depression, as well as significant positive correlations were found between rumination and depression. （2） Path analysis confirmed rumination plays a partial mediating role between MP and depression, while rumination did not mediate the relationship between AP and depression. Conclusion： MP tend to cope with negative affect by rumination response style, thus lead depression; the effect of AP on depression is not mediated by rumination.
