CD4^+T细胞表型转换及其调控机制的研究 被引量:2

摘要 CD4^+T细胞亚群在机体正常的免疫调节中发挥重要的作用.起初认为CD4^+T细胞分为两大亚群,即分泌IFN-γ的Th1细胞和分泌IL-4的Th2细胞.其分别表达转录因子为T-bet和Gata-3.随后发现CD4^+T细胞家族的新成员调节性T细胞,调节性T细胞表达转录因子为Foxp3和分泌TGF-β、IL-10.
