百令胶囊不同剂量治疗肾移植术后阴茎勃起功能障碍的疗效

Efficacy of different doses of Corbrin Capsule on penile erectile dysfunction after renal transplantation

目的观察百令胶囊不同剂量治疗肾移植术后阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效。方法选取肾移植术后不同程度ED患者245例,按入院单双编号随机分成对照组134例和观察组111例,均给予百令胶囊进行治疗,观察组在对照组的口服剂量基础上增加1.5g。对两组ED患者定期进行随访,比较两组在6周后阴茎勃起功能改善情况。结果轻、中、重度ED患者中,观察组治疗有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊能有效改善肾移植术后ED患者阴茎勃起功能,安全可靠,副作用较少。

Objective To observe the curative effect different doses of Corbrin Capsule on penile erectile dysfunction （ED） after renal transplantation. Methods A total of 249 patients with ED after renal transplantation were randomly divid ed into control group （n = 134） and observation group （n = 115）. Patients in both groups were treated with Corbrin Capsule, and the observation group received 1.5 g more doses. After the follow-up of 6 weeks, the improvement of penile erectile function was compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Corbrin Capsule can effectively improve the erectile function of ED patients after renal transplantation, which is safe and reliable with fewer side effects.
