经胫后静脉插管溶栓治疗急性混合型下肢深静脉血栓的疗效 被引量：8

摘要 目的评价经胫后静脉置管溶栓治疗急性混合型下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者的临床疗效。方法 28例急性混合型DVT患者经胫后静脉插管溶栓,预防性植入下腔静脉滤器后,经胫后静脉置入Unifuse溶栓导管,持续泵入尿激酶40万U/d,平均置管时间5.8d。测量治疗前后患、健侧的大、小腿周径差,计算静脉通畅评分。结果治疗后患、健侧的大、小腿周径差为(2.08±1.41)cm、(1.23±1.06)cm,优于治疗前的(8.41±2.26)cm、(6.13±1.83)cm(P<0.01)。治疗后静脉通畅评分为(1.78±1.49)分,优于治疗前的(7.86±1.81)分(P<0.01)。治疗后静脉通畅率为(77.08±17.32)%,瓣膜显影良好。结论经胫后静脉插管溶栓治疗急性混合型DVT是一种操作简便、安全有效的治疗方法。
