摘要
生物教师发展是指生物教师在知识、教学经验以及理念上不断成长的过程。文章分析了生物教师发展的内涵所包含的三个方面,以及生物教师在这三个方面的发展对转变生物教师的教学方式的重要影响,并提出了促进生物教师发展的方法。
Biological teacher development refers to the biological teachers in the process of knowledge, teaching experience and the idea of growing. This paper analyzes the three aspects of the connotation of bio teachers development contained, the important influence and development of biology teachers in the three aspects of teaching mode, and puts forward the methods to promote the development of biology teachers.
