摘要
目的探讨医用臭氧(O3)作为数字减影成像(DSI)子宫输卵管造影(HSG)对比剂的可行性。方法随机选择226例拟行DSI-HSG的病例,医用O3组113例,对比剂选用浓度30μg/ml的O3;碘对比剂组113例,对比剂选用320 mg I/ml碘佛醇注射液。分别进行DSA采集成像,对两组DSA图像质量评分采用Wilcoxon秩和检验,输卵管通畅程度造影表现比较采用χ2检验。结果 O3组、碘佛醇组共226例,输卵管448条。造影术中、术后无一例发生严重并发症。O3组图像质量优、良、差、采集失败者分别为83.2%、11.5%、3.5%、1.8%,碘佛醇组图像质量优、良、差、采集失败者分别为86.7%、10.6%、2.7%、0%,两组图像质量无显著性差异(Z=0.805,P=0.421)。O3组225条输卵管,近段堵塞78条、中远段堵塞34条、通而不畅90条、完全通畅23条;碘佛醇组223条输卵管,近段堵塞81条、中远段堵塞33条、通而不畅89条、完全通畅20条;两组输卵管通畅程度造影表现差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医用O3作为DSI-HSG对比剂是可行的。
Objective To discuss the feasibility of using medical ozone as contrast agent in digital subtraction imaging (DS!) hysterosalpingography (HSG). Methods According to the diagnosis and treatment order, a total of 226 patients, who were planed to received DSI hysterosalpingography, were randomly selected. The patients were randomly and equally divided into the study group (n = 113) and the control group (n = 113). Medical ozone of 30μg/ml concentration was used as the contrast agent in the patients of the study group, while Ioversol of 320mgI/ml was employed in the patients of the control group. DSI hysterosalpingography was performed in all patients. The image quality was evaluated by using Wilcoxon Rank test, and the comparison of the two groups was conducted by using X2 test. Results A total of 448 fallopian tubes were examined in the 226 cases. No serious complications occuIred during and after HSG. Image quality of excellent, fair, poor and failure of image acquisition in the study group was 83.2% , 11.5% , 3.5% and 1.8% respectively, while that in the control group was 86.7%, 10.6%, 2.7% and 0% respectively. No significant difference in the image quality existed between the two groups (Z = 0. 805, P = 0. 421 ). Of 225 fallopian tubes in the study group, proximal obstruction was ob- served in 78, mid-distal obstruction in 34, incomplete obstruction in 90 and complete patent in 23. Among 223 fallopian tubes in the control group, proximal obstruction was found in 81, mid-distal obstruction in 33, incomplete obstruction in 89 and complete patent in 20. The difference in HSG findings between the two groups was not significant (P 〉 0.05 ). Con- clusion It is feasible to use medical ozone as contrast agent in digital subtraction imaging hysterosalpingography.
