Introduction to European Association of Urology(EAU)Male Infertility Guidelines(2013)

欧洲泌尿外科学会(European Association of Urology,EAU)于2013年发表了新的《男性不育症诊疗指南》(Guidelines on Male Infertility),将男性不育症(male infertility,MI)的病因进行较为详细的分类,并更新了相关诊断及治疗等内容。本文通过比较旧版指南及2013版《中国男性不育症诊疗指南》,从流行病学、相关检查及致不育因素的诊疗等几个方面对新版指南进行解读。

The European Association of Urology （EAU） has published a new Guidelines on Male Infertility, which gives a detailed classification on male infertility and update the contents of the related diagnosis and treatment. Our article gives the interpretation of this new guideline from several aspects of epidemiology, related inspection, diagnosis and treatment of the disease induced male infertility, comparing with the anterior guideline and 2013 Chinese Guideline on Male Infertiltiy.
