29例外伤性多发性肋骨骨折切开复位内固定治疗的疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨外伤性多发性肋骨骨折切开复位内固定治疗的疗效和安全性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2009年4月-2014年6月胸外科收治住院的多发性肋骨骨折患者29例,采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察术后优良率和术后并发症的发生情况。结果:本组29例患者经切开复位内固定治疗后,优23例(79.3%),良4例(13.8%),差2例(6.9%),治疗优良率为93.1%。本组治疗后主要并发症为切口感染1例(3.4%),肺不张1例(3.4%),骨不连1例(3.4%),术后并发症总发生为3例(10.3%)。结论:切口复位内固定手术方案对于多发性肋骨骨折患者具有较好的疗效和安全性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of traumatic fracture of multiple ribs. Method:29 cases of traumatic fracture of multiple ribs in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2014 were chosen for the study and all were received the treatment of open reduction and internal fixation.The occurrence of the excellent and good rate and postoperative complications were observed after operation. Result:In this article,29 cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,among which,23 cases(79.3%) were excellent,4 cases(13.8%) were good,2 cases(6.9%) were poor,the excellent and good rate of therapy was 93.1%.The main complications were infection of incisional wound(n=1,3.4%), pulmonary atelectasis(n=1,3.4%) and bone not even(n=1,3.4%),the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 3 cases(10.3%).Conclusion:The incision reduction and internal fixation operation scheme for patients with multiple rib fractures is effective and safe,which is worthy of clinical application.
