摘要
利用单铜辊甩带法制备了成分(质量分数,%)为(Cu PSn)92Cu8-xNix(x=4、5、6、7、8)的系列合金带材。采用X射线衍射仪及差示扫描量热仪研究了Ni元素对铜磷钎料的非晶形成能力及熔化温度的影响;采用铺展实验法研究了含Ni元素的铜磷钎料在紫铜板上的润湿性能。结果表明,当Ni的含量为8%时的非晶形成能力最强。当Ni含量从4%增加到8%时,钎料的液相线温度从634℃下降到617℃,而固相线的温度只有略微上升。随着钎料中Ni含量的增加,钎料在紫铜板上的铺展面积逐渐增加,当Ni含量为7%时铺展面积达到最大值167 mm2,继续增加到8%时铺展面积有略微的减少。
(cuPsn)92Cus_xNix(x=4、5 、 6、7 、 8) (wt%) alloy ribbons were prepared by single roller melt-spinning. The effects of Ni on glass forming ability and melting point of the metals were studied by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimeter. The wettability of these filler metals with Ni on sheet copper was researched by spreading experiment method. The results show that the Cu-P filler metals with about 8% Ni show the largest glass forming ability. When Ni content increases from 4% to 8%, the liquidus point of filler metal decreases from 634℃ to 617℃, however, the solidus point rises slightly. The spreading area of filler metals on sheet copper increases as Ni content increasing. When Ni content is 7%, the spreading area reaches the maximum about 167mm2, as Ni content increases to 8%, the spreading area decreases slightly.
