摘要
应用铸造模拟软件ProCAST,对ZL111铝合金汽车发动机附件支架的间接挤压铸造成形过程进行了数值模拟。预测充型及凝固过程中的缺陷,并针对缺陷做出相应的改进方案及工艺参数优化,提高铸件质量,为实际量产提供了理论依据。
Using casting simulation software ProCAST, the indirect squeezing casting process of ZL111 alloy accessories stents of the engine was simulated. The numerical simulation was conducted on both filling and solidification process. The possible defects in the process of filling and solidification were studied. According to the simulation results, the measures for improving and the optimization of process parameters were presented, which can provide theoretical basis for the practical production, saving cost and improving the quality of the casting.
