汽车高温受力部件的铸造工艺确定与实践

摘要 汽车发动机下缸体属于高温受力部件,其材质选用AC4B铝合金。给出了低压铸造工艺,并经分析、计算,得到了其合适的工艺参数。模具采用多分型面实现顺利开模,在铸件较厚部位实施局部冷却。该工艺参数选取合理,模具结构较佳;产品报废率低,品质良好。 The automobile engine cylinder belongs to high temperature stress components, and its material is AC4B aluminum alloy. Its low pressure casting process was given. Through calculation and analysis, its suitable process parameters were obtained. Mold was smoothly separated by using multi-parting surface. And localized cooling at the thick part of castings was carried out. The selection of process parameters is reasonable; the mold structure is suitable; the product obsolescence rate is low, and the quality is good.
