基于保温补贴与CAE技术的特大型铸钢件工艺设计

摘要 针对热节分散的特大型座架铸钢件无缩孔工艺要求,通过进行冷铁设置与保温补贴设计,利用三次方程计算冒口尺寸并进行修正,借助CAE凝固模拟技术,在工艺设计中实现了充型无真空、无旋涡的液流流动,以及无缩孔的补缩设计,成功地实现了将冒口数量从32个减少到8个,铸件工艺出品率从62%提高到82%,获得了较好的经济效益并减少了铸件清理工作量。其方法对大型复杂铸钢件工艺设计具有借鉴意义。 The purpose of this paper is to illustrate that by cold iron set and insulating pads design, under The riser size calculation and corrected by the three equation and the application of CAE solidification simulation technology, in order to meet the requirement of process design which No vacuumand and No eddy flow,Non-Piping feeding. This design has successfully reduced the amount of risers from 32 to 8, while the yield of casting improved from 62% to 82% ,To obtain good benefit and reduce casting cleaning work. The method has reference significance for the design of large steel casting process.
