摘要
分析了船用柴油机曲轴模具设计要点,建立了大型曲轴镦锻成形工艺有限元模型,模拟了真实的曲轴加工工艺。根据模拟得到的热锻工艺的各种力学参数,包括金属抗力的大小、金属流动的路径、材料的应力应变等,分析了金属纤维在镦锻过程的变化及对曲轴的力学性能的影响;对微观组织的演化过程做了分析,得出了晶粒度的概率分布图。
The design key points of the die of the marine diesel engine crankshaft were analyzed. The FE model of the heavy crankshaft upsetting was established. The actual processing process of crankshaft was simulated. According to all kinds of mechanical parameters of hot forging process gotten by simulation, including the value of the metal resistance, the path of the metal flow, the material stress and material strain, ere, the change of the metal fiber and the effect of it on the mechanical performance of the crankshaft in upsetting process were analyzed. And the evolution of the mierostructure was analyzed. The probability distribution of grain size was obtained.
