基于响应面法的连杆中心质量研究

摘要 针对连杆毛坯杆部中心孔洞缺陷的问题,基于MATLAB平台,应用响应面法对模具结构参数进行了优化设计。首先利用中心复合设计抽取样本,然后对所得的数据进行数值模拟,作为响应面法训练的输入信号。以此来建立第一主应力为优化目标的响应面模型,并得到各参数组合的最优值。结果表明,第一主应力的误差在6%以内,验证了其响应面法的可靠性。 Aiming at the problem of connecting rod center voids defect, the design of die structure parameters was optimized by using response surface method based on Matlab. First, sarnplcs were drawn by using central composite design. Then, the gotten data were numerically simulated, which ware as the response surface method training input signals. The response surface model of the first principal stress as the optimization goal was established. And the parameters combination optimal values Were obtained. The results indicate that the first principal stress error is less than 6%, which verifies the reliability of the response surface method.
